Our Organic Hojicha Powder is sourced from the mountainous regions of Shizuoka. Pure green tea leaves are roasted at high heat, then finely milled to the same 10-micron target as matcha. This hojicha delivers a velvety mouthfeel with cozy, toasty, nutty notes. It’s perfect for hot or iced lattes, smoothies, and creative culinary moments.

100% Pure Green Tea*. *Organic
Latte Directions:
- Measure 1 TSP Hojicha powder into a latte mug or bowl.
- Add 2 OZ 80°C/180°F water and whisk/froth until smooth.
HOT: Steam milk (dairy or milk of choice) separately, and pour over to finish latte.
COLD: Pour whisked hojicha over ice and milk (Dairy or milk of choice).
