Pluck Points Program
Click the "Pluck Points" icon at the header bar of our website to launch the program. Login to see your points balance in the right-hand corner of the popup.
Ways to earn:
(1) Earn points on every order. Get one point for every dollar spent on tea and accessories, before shipping and tax. 10 points = $1 CAD, so the savings add up fast!
(2) Orders over $100 CAD before shipping and tax will earn you 50 extra points! (That's $5 of free tea!)
(3) Happy Birthday! We'll gift you 50 points on your special day. Make sure to set your birthday when you sign up for Pluck Points. Birthday must be set at least 30 days before your birthday to ensure you receive your annual reward.
(4) Help us spread the tea love by following us on Instagram and Tiktok to earn additional points.
(5) Referrals
You can also earn points by introducing your tea-loving friends to Pluck Tea.
When they place their first order using your referral code, they will get $10 off, and you'll earn $10 off your next order. This reward will appear in your points pop-up automatically.
*When logged into your account, you can find your unique referral code when you scroll down in the pop-up.
How to redeem:
(1) Click the "Pluck Points" and sign in to your account. Use the same email that you use to place orders.
(2) Your available points balance will appear.
(3) Click "Redeem Points". A list of all rewards will appear. Click the reward you would like to redeem. You will see a green button labelled "Redeem" if you have sufficient points for that reward.
(4) Once clicked your points will be deducted and you will be given a unique discount code to apply to check out. Be sure to click "apply to checkout" or copy the code to manually paste to your cart at checkout.
(5) You can also find your unique reward codes if you scroll down in the pop-up and click "Your Rewards".
(6) Point redemption coupons are not combinable with other promotional codes or offers. Only one point reward code can be used at a time.
Note: Points expire one year from the date they are earned.

Q: HOW DO PLUCK POINTS WORK?
A: Know what tastes great? Tea. Know what tastes even better? Free tea! Check your balance and redeem your points for a range of coupons any time by clicking 'Pluck Points' at the top of the page. Earn points with every order. ($1 CAD spent = 1 point earned)
You can also earn points for referring friends. You will earn $10 CAD off when they place their order, and they'll also save $10 CAD. Win win! We've added lots of new ways to earn, including social sharing and, of course, birthdays.
Q: WILL MY PLUCK POINTS EXPIRE?
A: Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
Q: HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY ORDER?
A: If you have a discount code you would like to use, there is a spot to add it on the checkout page. Once you click ‘checkout,’ there is a box on the right-hand side of the page that says, ‘gift card or discount code.’ Add it in here and make sure to click ‘apply.’ Note that only one discount code can be used per order.
Q: I HAVE TWO DISCOUNT CODES. CAN I APPLY BOTH TO MY ORDER?
A: Discount codes are limited to one per order, including Pluck Points discount codes.
Q: ARE MY DISCOUNT CODES REFUNDABLE?
A: Discount codes are non-refundable.
Q: I HAVE NOT SIGNED UP FOR PLUCK POINTS BEFORE, BUT HAD MADE ORDERS IN THE PAST. CAN I GET MY POINTS FROM THOSE ORDERS?
A: Yes, if you use the same email to sign up for Pluck Points your points from previous orders will automatically populate.
Q: ARE WHOLESALE ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR PLUCK POINTS?
A: No, Pluck Points is not available for wholesale orders.
