Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte
Ingredients

20 ml batched matcha

20 ml Strawberry Syrup

1 cup milk of choice

½ cup ice
Yield
1 x 12 oz iced matcha latte
Directions
1. In a 12 oz cup, add 20 ml of Strawberry Syrup.

2. Fill the cup with approximately ½ cup of ice.

3. Add 1 cup of your preferred milk or milk alternative, depending on your menu style.

4. Slowly pour 20 ml of batched matcha over the top to create a vibrant layered effect.

5. Serve as-is for presentation, or stir before enjoying.
