Q: CAN I REDEEM PLUCK POINTS FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?
A: No, point redemption and coupon codes are only valid for one-time purchases. If you would like to redeem your points for a single subscription cycle, you can skip a renewal cycle in "Manage Subscriptions" and place a one-time order using Pluck Points.
Q: CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?
A: No, discount codes and other promos cannot be combined with subscription orders.
Q: DO I GET FREE SHIPPING ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?
A: Yes, subscription orders over $50 CAD before taxes are eligible for free shipping within Canada.
Q: ARE SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS AVAILABLE FOR WHOLESALE?

Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY UPCOMING SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?
A: On the "Manage Subscriptions" page, select "Manage this subscription" under the specific order. Here, you can edit or cancel your upcoming order if the renewal date has not passed.
Q: WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?
A: On the day you first place the subscription order you will be charged for the first order. Depending on the renewal frequency, you will be charged for subsequent orders on the same calendar day of the renewal month. Example: You subscribed to one Earl Grey Cream 60 Tea bag pouch on January 5th for a 2-month renewal. On March 5th, your renewal will be processed and paid. Orders usually take 3-5 business days to ship from the payment date. Shipping time may fluctuate depending on the time of year.
Q: HOW DO I ADD A ONE TIME PURCHASE TO MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?
A: If the renewal date for your subscription order is coming up, and you would like to add a non-subscription item to the order, you can place a separate order for the new item. Instead of shipping the order, choose the 'pick up' option (to avoid shipping fees), and add a note for us from the cart page letting us know that you would like to add this in with your upcoming subscription. When your subscription order is generated, we will combine the two orders!
