Curbside Pickup:

We offer free curbside pickup at our production facility at 89 Research Rd. in Leaside (Eglinton and Laird). Weekdays only, 9AM - 4PM.  (Pluck Tea is closed on statutory holidays and weekends.) Please wait for an email update message from us that your order is ready to pick up.

Shipping Across Canada:

$8.50 flat rate shipping for orders across Canada under $60. (Over $60 is free)

You will be provided with tracking information upon shipment.

Shipping across Canada is free for product orders over $60.

Our freshly blended teas are made with great care, and packed to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped out.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns due to our stringent food safety protocols, however if there is a problem with your order we want to make it right. Please contact info@pluckteas.com if you have any questions or concerns.
