Curbside Pickup:

We now offer free curbside pickup at our facility at 89 Research Rd. in Leaside (Eglinton and Laird). Weekdays only, 9AM - 4PM.  Pluck is closed on statutory holidays and weekends. Please wait for an email update message from us that your order is ready to pick up. Having trouble finding us? Call 416-882-7787.

Shipping Across Canada:

We ship Monday to Friday via FedEx, or via emission - free delivery by The Drop for residential customers in downtown Toronto. (This option will pop up if it is available in your area.)

$7.50 flat rate shipping for orders across Canada under $50. (Over $50 is free)

$7.50 flat rate shipping for downtown Toronto customers who select The Drop delivery option, for orders under $50. (Over $50 is free)

You will be provided with tracking information upon shipment.

Shipping across Canada is free for product orders over $50.

Our freshly blended teas are made with great care, and packed to order. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped out.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns due to our stringent food safety protocols, however if there is a problem with your order we want to make it right. Please contact info@pluckteas.com if you have any questions or concerns.
