The optimal water temperature for matcha is 180F. If the water is too hot, the matcha may become bitter.

Measure 1tsp matcha into bowl, and pour 2-3oz hot water over tea.

Whisk matcha until smooth and frothy. Enjoy in its purest form, or add hot or cold milk of choice to make a latte at home. Sweeten if desired.
