Traditional Matcha Tea Whisk
Simply the best method for whisking up a perfect matcha, use a bowl – style teacup or matcha bowl and whisk using a ‘w’ pattern until a fine layer of froth forms, and all lumps are gone.
Classic Recipe: 2 scoops of matcha (1g) using our bamboo spoon (chashaku) into 2 oz hot water. (170 – 180 F). Whisk using our bamboo chasen, and enjoy ‘straight up’ or as a latte, by adding 6oz steamed milk or soy milk.
