Ginger Snap
Sun dried ginger, cinnamon and notes of caramel feature in this low-caffeine blend of black tea and rooibos. Our founder's favourite cookie in a cup!
Traditional Preparation: Measure 1 tsp of loose tea and add to a tea filter or strainer (or use one tea bag). Steep in 8-12 oz freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Delicious on its own, or lightly sweetened. Enjoy!
Hot Latte Recipe: Measure 1 tsp of loose tea and add to a tea filter or strainer (or use one tea bag). Steep in 4-6 oz freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Add hot steamed milk of your choice. (Dairy, nut, oat, etc) Leave the bag in for a stronger brew if desired.
