Introducing The Daily Grind Chai.
Delicious traditional chai, pure and simple.  We take whole cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, and peppercorns and grind this blend daily.  Then we layer these spices with a superb Kenyan black tea from Emrok Estates, or with cacao shells from Toronto’s Chocosol.


The result is a spicy, sugar – free chai that is perfect for chai lattes or for steeping low and slow on the stovetop in the traditional way.

A spicy and delicious premium Chai, ground from whole spices daily.

Method (10 oz portion)

Scoop 1 Tablespoon of chai into a drawstring filter or tea ball. Pour 5 oz freshly boiled water over tea into cup.  Heat 5 oz milk separately and top up the cup with the hot milk. Dust with our finishing spice for the ultimate chai experience.
